Default 600 dealing with low dmg

Hi, I'm a monk and trying to vanquish southern shiverpeak. there are only 3-4 areas left and mineral spring is one of them. If I remember right, there r tons of ice imps there. I was using 600/QZ and easily pwn those summit groups even with multiple Dolyak monks, however, ice imps and ice golem is slow cuz of their low dmg. Is there anyway for 600 to kill them faster? or u think i should just h/h them? but Ice imps' maelstorm is no jk......

Go /W for Frenzy or consider bringing Pain Inverter.

If you're not using the lowest possible armor, you should be. Sometimes, consider just not wearing certain pieces of armor, such as your chest armor. You can wear three runes on your headpiece, feet, and arms/legs (extra pip of regen and they still do enough damage), protecting yourself as little as possible.

You can also use [[Frenzy] to help trigger [[Spirit Bond] by doubling the damage. You must use Frenzy before Spirit Bond. Or [[Healing Signet] can lower your armor enough so that foes deal enough damage to you.

THeir suggestions work for 600ing, but try running a proper build and complete the areas properly... trust me its more fun

frenzy wont work im sorry to say.
sadly wand dmg is 11 - 22 and with frenzy say its 22 - 44 which still leaves you short , worse problem with 600/smite is the damn caster foes and only way i ever found round this was to add a heal to compensate. If you want try fire imps outside la in hm with frenzy and you`ll see what i mean - and as hard as it sounds .. dont use spell breaker on them.
Spellbreaker forces imps to wand you and tho it saves you in 1 way it kills you by slow death.
maelstrom can be sort of countered same way as coldfires are done in uw - keep an eye on them and sort of keep kiting enough that maelstrom misses you - also pi helps.

he said about the damage that imps deal to you, pointing it's insufficient to trigger spirit bond. but he forgot about the heightened damage from 5-15 armor rather than 60.
use pi and/or evas and/or ymlad. don't use spellbreaker if there is no enchant removal or direct interruption - maelstrom can be dealt with and it's a GREAT source of free energy if you can exploit it.

I got tyria vanquished.
yes, even with frenzy those imps still can't trigger SB but no problem I have SoA.
I have spellbreaker on all the way, so they only wand me and I just sit there renewing SoA, frenzy and spellbreaker. And I dont have to deal with maelstorm, its kinda impossible to kit as the imps have mindfreeze that slower u 90%.
